ScriptSage provides AI-powered code review, security audits, and related developer tools. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to submit content that infringes on the rights of others, contains malware, or violates applicable laws.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. AI-Generated Results
Reviews, corrections, and recommendations are generated by AI and provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, results may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any code before using it in production.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the code you submit. The ScriptSage platform, including its design, features, and branding, remains the property of Imperial TeK. Solutions and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imperial TeK. Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
